Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time: Each set of Nailsens 3D press-on nails is handcrafted. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- $5 flat rate for orders under $79
- Free standard shipping on orders of $79 and above
Delivery Times (after shipping)
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to international logistics and customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are covered by Nailsens. The price you pay at checkout is final, and you won't be asked to pay any additional charges on delivery.
Order Tracking: You can track your package anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nailsens.com within 48 hours of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for lost packages). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
